Processing Time

All personalized cards are made to order.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and personalization before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary slightly during peak periods or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Method

All orders are sent via USPS First-Class Mail (no tracking). Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped.

Shipping is handled by USPS and is outside of our control once dispatched. Delivery to U.S. territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may take additional time.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed over to USPS, Martie is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery interruptions, or lost packages caused by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Martie is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
